A Senior Community
The Bluffs of Sebring is a gated private senior condominium association located in Sebring, Fl. Behind the gates you will find forty acres of paradise inclusive of a fourteen acre stocked lake. The community has 248 units making thirty four buildings total.
There are seventeen condominium buildings with twelve units per building, two townhouse villas with four units per building, three patio villas with four units per building, and twelve garden villas with two units per building.
The association employs its own staff, which include a landscape department, maintenance department, and office staff with an onsite state licensed manager.
Some of the amenities include a library filled with books, puzzles, and movies, a billiards and ping pong room, clubhouse, workout room, pool and spa, pickle ball and tennis court, shuffleboard, basketball, bocce, fishing, and chipping and putting areas.
Through out the year the activities committee puts on events that include holiday parties, plays, social gatherings and games like bingo, card games, Mexican Train, water aerobics, men's day and ladies day out just to name a few.
